Who Am I?
Leah Bella Zinder is an artist creating chromatic objects that people can engage with. She received her BFA in Metals from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Leah also has enjoyed teaching arts and crafts at Champaign’s Sinai Temple Religious School.
Color captivates me. I am drawn to hues of all chroma, tints and shades. I aspire to spread them throughout my life. My greatest satisfaction comes from creating objects for people to interact with, both worn and used. Recently, these passions have intersected with the development of my jewish identity. I add color and establish a personal relationship with each jewish object. I discover exactly how I can incorporate these timeworn traditions into my millennial life.
